Terms of Service

Subject

This agreement (public offer) governs the sale of goods through the Sorana website. Placing an order means full acceptance of its terms.

The customer places an order with accurate contact details. The manager gets in touch to confirm the order and size.

Prices are shown in UAH. Payment is on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch (cash on delivery), with no prepayment unless stated otherwise.

Delivery is by Nova Poshta across Ukraine to a branch or parcel locker at the carrier's rates.

The seller is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service or for inaccurate details provided by the customer.
